Package 2 is the 90-day challenge which is a meal plan guide to drop weight and a full body work out. It also comes with the 30 day arm challenge that focuses on arm workouts to tone and tighten the arms.  The Ab challenge is 30 day ab workouts to get that flat stomach and small waistline.
